Melbourne Victoria has been shaken by yet another earthquake, measuring 4.6 on the richter. Again.

Read the story here. According to a seismologist, "it's unusual to get two earthquakes of this size within a couple of weeks of each other". The epicentre of this 2nd earthquake was very close to the one that occured on the 6th which was barely 2 weeks ago.

And according to this article, there is more to be expected.

Fortunately, I was out in the streets during the time of the 2nd earthquake and didn't feel anything. This was really a coincidence, as I had originally intended to stay at home the whole day. It was only yesterday evening when I realized that I had to travel to the city instead as my relatives happened to be visiting. If I were home, I would very likely have felt this earthquake, and would have definitely freaked out.

What a time to be living in Melbourne. How exciting.
