Pearl, the koalas, were they sleeping, eating or were they just so depressed looking? They don't allow you to touch them? Better not. Less a baby koala kisses you! Because I saw in one documentary these baby koalas are born without immune system. So the mother feeds the baby koala her green coloured feaces to boost the immune system. I can't imagine you being LICKED by one!

Ahhh must be great there ah? Stupid question I know but just curious, did you go snorkeling?

Peiyin, yes, I did try the seafood! We went to the Sydney fish market just to try out the seafood and it was HEAVENLY!!! Fresh and at a reasonable price! One whole lobster for A$17, where in the city half a lobster can cost up to A$30. We also had a plate of fresh oysters for A$7.50, almost the same cost as a bowl of wanton noodles in the city.

Yes whoever is going to Sydney, do try the seafood! But not all places have good deals for seafood, think the best place to go is the Sydney Fish Market located at Prymont Street, again within walking distance from Darling Harbour. This is also a place where u can buy seafood fresh form the day's catch.

Funn, the koalas were, unfortnately, sleeping the entire time the photo-taking session was on. Koalas sleep almost 20 hours a day due to its diet of eucalyptus leaves. An adult koala eats about 1/2 to 1 kilogram of leaves each night, but the nutrition they get from these leaves is poor.
This leaves them with little energy, so they spend most of their lives sleeping.

Aboriginal legend has it that koalas are constantly drunk from eating nothing but eucalyptus leaves.

Well, my kitties chew cockroaches and lizards and they lick themselves everywhere but I dun mind them licking me too. Just remember to wash with soap after that. =P
