hey thanks for the link! i think i might use write an article "I am feeling stressed" too! ha..
and for this post, well, how do exams work for you? sometimes my weight goes down cos i'm too stressed, but sometimes i put on weight cos i snack as i study (to reduce the stress).. haii.. stress is baaaaaad..

The essay is killing me! Urgh... I'll be glad when I throw it to Prof Leavitt and wash my own hands out of it.

Hmmm... ok, the latter definitely applies to me cos 1) I love eating even when I'm not stressed, 2) I eat more particularly when I'm stressed, 3) I put on weight far too easily. Put them together and u get a lethal combination, which explains my constant battle with the blubber... Sigh...

Of course, stress is very very baaaad...

Susan, well, actually the BMI for Asians has been revised to 18.5 - 23. So technically speaking, I am bordering being overweight... >.<
