Urgh! This Soundbuzz website is killing me! It's touted to be the largest (and I believe, the only) online music store based in Singapore, yet it's website infrastructure is annoying and plain frustrating at best. And I'm not even mentioning the limited range of music and songs it has and the fact that the formats are only in .wma, not .mp3.

The first time I purchased from Soundbuzz, the 2 songs I downloaded turned out to be simply shortened and badly distorted (actually, it was only 2 seconds of ear-piercing sounds). After complaining to them, the problem was finally solved.

Recently, the website has been having problems loading searches, meaning that when u search for a certain artist/song/album, a page appears with the words 'loading...' but nothing comes out even if u decided to wait till the cows come home. Finally, the searches loaded successfully yesterday, so I purchased the Beyond the Sea OST album from Soundbuzz. But when it came to the page where I was supposed to be able to download, an 'Internal Server Error' page appeared instead. And I've already paid!!!!! After multiple times I thought maybe I should reload the entire website and try again. But guess what? That old loading problem started again, which means I can't even access my purchase history!!!!!!! And even till now when I've tried like almost a hundred times it's still there!!!!!!!!!!!!

CURSE YOU SOUNDBUZZ!!!!!!! You're the worst online store I've ever known!!!!!!!!! That's money I'm talking about, k??? MONEY! Take a leaf from Amazon or Yesasia would'ya!!! THAT is what an online store should be about!!!!!
