These are so funny!!! I read at youtube they were spoofing one korean series. Do you know which one?

Haha, ya it was funny! Though I had to admit that some parts appeared weird. But it did contain most essential Korean drama elements which is like so true, like the male lead's ability to cry easily. I just couldn't stand it when that 'constipated' face of Bobby Lee's was streaming with tears!! Hilarious!

I think it didn't spoof just one serial, but rather a combination of common Korean drama plots.
Read somewhere that it spoofs the show called Autumn something. Was that the one with Song Hye Kyo?
I made a mistake. It is really korean but not the ones that appeared in the translation. They simply said some korean words.

Autumn In My Heart, I think. Yes, it's the one with Song Hye Kyo. Actually I haven't watched that one so I dun really know if it was really spoofed by Bobby Lee. But these plot devices are pretty standard in Korean dramas in general, esp the one about the girl falling sick and dying in the show.
Oh no, not all Korean leading men have that same constipated look as Bobby Lee when they cry! Most of them remain really good looking even when they are crying their hearts out.

I burnt the Madtv clips to my DVD and watched it on bigscreen with my family and were almost choked on our thai chilli chicken during dinner. The subtitles especially as they got longer and longer with bad English too! Funny stuff. Nebver knew MadTV had asians. American show?
MadTV is an American show, but shown only on the late-night slot probably due to its content which can be quite controversial or explicit. Bobby Lee is an American-born Korean.

Actually, I don't understand Korean but I do believe that they are actually speaking Korean which makes some sense, just that the subtitles adds on things that they do not say, or things they may imply with a single word, for example, that full-screen write-up when Long Bong uttered a word 'sarang' which means live (or love).
sarang means love. Bobby Lee is speaking Korean but not in that context. Really funny stuff!!
Funn, sarang can mean 'life' and 'to live' as well. The beauty of Korean language.
