~ Gabriel Garcia Marquez

where is the love?

Compassion and graciousness are no longer treasured values in today's world. Certainly true in Singapore, where children are brought up thinking that they're at the centre of the Universe.

There was also an article a while ago online where in the United States, people had complained that there were too many wild horses. Their solution? Simple. Let's just kill them.

What good is there in a world where only human beings are left?

That's what they do with elephants in not sure where, Africa somewhere, in some wildlife park. To many elephants so what's the solution? They call it culling but actually a shot in the head. That's how you control population. Wonder why this was not adopted for humans eh?

Seriously though, what can they do? IN Australia, they kill and sell croc and kangaroo meat.
