As evident from this 1989 music video featuring probably all of the artiste from the now-defunct Polygram records, singers during that time all could sing!!

Those were the golden ages, huh?



For those too young to remember, Polygram was one of the most prominant recording companies housing some of the most famous artiste in the Chinese music industry from thw 80s to the 90s.

Not sure which is the recording company giant now. Or is there even one left? Been too long away from the music scene.

Anyway, I was 7 years old back in 1989 so I haven't heard this song before. Didn't know some of those singers existed by 1989!!

More prominant artistes among the group includes Leslie Cheung, Angus Tong, Alan Tam, Jacky Cheung, Beyond, Grasshoppers, Tat Ming pair, Zhou Zhi Ping, Kenny Ho and many many others whom I haven't heard in a long while...
