... I have calmed down enough to talk about other stuff (but that doesn't mean that my outrage of the incident has subsided).
Anyway, have updated the 'Links' section to include this news website called AsiaOne. Although I haven't removed the Straits Times Interactive link, it is basically useless unless u are willing to pay the money grabbers up there a subscription fee. In contrast, AsiaOne has most of the top stories from major newspapers in Singapore (and other Asian countries) and it's FOC. So, forget abt the ST interactive.
In addition, I've updated the link to TVB News Roundup, though I must confess I dun like the new layout of this website.
Ok, as for myself, I experienced some pretty severe monthly cramps this afternoon again. Seriously, this problem is really getting on my nerves. I've been trying all sorts of remedies, from primrose oil to pak fong yuen, and recently, a combination of pak fong yuen and Panadol Menstural, but it's still like that. Does anyone have any other effective ways to recommend to stop these cramps?
Anyway, the cramps subsided by evening and I thought I was well enough to attend the hip-hop and kickboxing lessons I had earlier signed up for.
All I can say is... Try kickboxing!!! It's fun!!! ^0^
