Just found out that the teaser trailer for the long-awaited Pirates of the Caribbean 2 is out! Check it out from the official website. Looks promising so I do hope it doesn't disappoint.

Watched the trailer for The Da Vinci Code as well but frankly, Tom Hanks and Sir Ian McKellen really aren't exactly my choice for Robert Langdon and Sir Leigh Teabing respectively. I'm sure they'll do wonderful jobs with their characters but they just do not fit into the description of what I imagined when I read the book, particularly Ian McKellen as Teabing cos it was stated explicitly in the book that Teabing was short and fat (not the exact words but readers of the book can vouch for that). 'Gandalf' certainly isn't short and fat but rather quite the opposite.
And is Tom Hanks balding????
The teaser trailer for Superman Returns was quite interesting too, didn't reveal too much but enough to fuel my curiosity for it. Think Brandon Routh (rhymes with 'south') should be fine as Superman, from what I see, that is. And please, his 'package' is not that distracting lah.
Oooo yes! And X-Men 3 is in line to be released this year as well! Haven't got a chance to watch the teaser but I hope it's as good as the last installment.
Got a good number of movies to look forward to this summer :)

Totally agree. Tom Hanks?? I was thinking a younger Sam Neill! But he is a good actor, eventhough a miscast. I love Sir Ian but well Hollywood, what to do?
I don't really look forward to Superman. But X-Men 3 is something I look forward to and when is Batman 2 coming out?
There is this one movie Prestige that is showcasing 2 of my favourite actors, Hugh Jackman (really really like him) and of course dear CB. Both are good looking, tall and can really really act. That's very tempting to me.
Woah, Pirates is going to be a trilogy ? I knew Chow Yunn Fatt is involved in Pirates, I thought it's this one but on further checking at imdb, then I realised that it's Pirates 3 instead.
I thought it's part 2 too! ARe they going to show each one right after the other likr matrix 2 and 3? I saw part 2's trailer in the cinema, very funny and suddenly Johnny Depp is like the main character.
According to IMDB, part 2 will be shown later this year while part 3 will be shown in 2007. There was some confusion even in the media also as to which part he'll star in. All I hope Chow gets a good part in part 3 that is not stereotypical.
Isn't Johnny Depp THE main character in Pirates already? But u're right, the trailer is funny.
can't wait for pirates!! heh! and x-men 3 too! ;)
