I've become really cranky nowadays. Tend to be less accommodating these days, more unhappy over a certain issue which seldom really bothers me but was more in the background of things, feeling more alienated in a world of human connections, detesting my looks in the mirror even more, and feeling plain helpless.

Even the world is going down with me.

Sometimes I think maybe I'm too harsh on myself. Maybe I should swing to the opposite extreme just for one day and just count my blessings and be soaked in bliss with what I have.

Just a fleeting emotion, I guess. I'm just a roller coaster of emotions like that of an emerging teenager, though I'm really not that young anymore.

Sigh... I need a psychologist myself too...
