I was suddenly reminded of Billy Gilman. Wonder if he most Singaporeans knew this young singer? I only remember him from the Taiwanese cable channel where there was one period of time years ago when the channel was promoting his album.

I remember watching the MV of the very touching song called Oklahoma and thinking "Wow, this young boy has such a smooth and angelic voice..." Never fails to make me tear whenever I watch this MV.

Then I heard his Christmas songs from his Christmas album and that same thought about his vocals crossed my mind...



Well, time really flies and he's 19 already! Fortunately, that voice has matured but hasn't changed in quality... The clip below shows him performing in 2006.



I didn't realize he was a country singer until now!
