Ahhh... that 3-letter word never ceases to amuse.

Especially when it's professional actors such as James McAvoy and Billie Piper talking about the pain behind doing such scenes on TV and in movies on Parkinsons.

That explanation of the "ADR" part was hilarious!

What does ADR mean?

It means "automated dialogue replacement" or "additional dialogue recording", whereby the sounds and dialogues are dubbed onto the film during post-production.
