Found this on the IMDB.com boards for Episode III. Wow... the resemblance... Gotta give credit to the make-up artistes. Not totally alike yet it's not hard to believe that Ewan McGregor's version of Obi-Wan could grow into Sir Alec Guiness's version.

Woah! There sure is some resemblance. I like Alec Guiness potrayal of Obiwan better. Ewan McGregor does not look old enough to be a Jedi Master. I actually felt for Anakin when Obiwan goes on his lecturing mode. heh.
I think this is why Obi Wan failed when it comes to Anakin. Because he wasn't ..what's that word? You know like in Chinese martial arts series the master must be older, wiser and of a certain level of kung fu to teach his disciple? If Qui Gon Jinn had taught Anakin, maybe Anakin would have been Anakin and not Darth Vader...What Anakin needed was a father, not like Obi Wan said, a father. In fact what if Yoda taught Anakin?
Hmmm good point to ponder eh?
Sorry, I meant not like Obi Wan said, a BROTHER.
