I'm convinced - most Koreans have single eyelids (before surgery, that is)!
Chae Rim from that popular drama serial 爱上女主播 (sorry, dunno what the English title is)
This I dunno who... But I have to say that she looked pretty before surgery. Now pretty too but I think she doesn't have that distinctive beauty anymore. 
The wonderful Su Ae from Love Letter. An excellent actress, and well, some nice work done...
The girl from 我爱金三顺 (I Love Kim Sun Soon?)
The very recognizable Choi Ji Woo from Winter Sonata fame. 
I can't recognize who this is although she was supposed to have acted in Seo Dong Yo...

Kim Sam Soon too??? No way!! Oh my god, she did more than her eyelids! Oh my god. The only somewhat natural is Choi Ji Woo. Chae Rim did more than just her eyelids. She did her nose as she has admitted. Is Song Hye Kyo the only natural ? Oh please don't shock me too!
I must say though, I really do think Korean stars' plastic surgeons are the best.

Yup, Korean plastic surgeons are really good with making the new improved eye/nose/cheekbones blend in so naturally with their original features! Like Lee Bo Young - her eyes aren't perfect even now when I watch her on Seo Dong Yo, but they complement her features perfectly well, till I never suspected that they could have been worked on.
