A dreadful news was circulated among ex-AJCians who had been involved in The Reunion performance held just this August. One of the performers, member of the guitar club and drummer for our sing-along session had passed away yesterday.
He was only 21, for goodness sake! Twenty-one! Isn't that the time when adulthood officially begins??
No explanations given. Just this message...
".... has passed away peacefully last night. He will be at the ...... from this evening till thursday. A wake / ceremony is arranged for him at 7pm tomorrow.... Let's be there to see him once last time...."
This is dreadful, dreadful news. What happened?? Someone please tell me!!!
I'm not close to him and he may not even remember my name, but we did share some laughs when the CLDDS was arranged to sit with the Guitar Club during the post-performance celebration. He was a great guy who enjoyed engaging in playful banter but at the same time is a talented individual.
I still can't believe this has happened. Part of me is hoping I got the wrong guy, and that maybe I didn't even know this one in the first place...
